The quartet of sea life face towards the left; mirror any number of die cuts to make them face right. All four have cute cutout eyes. Just add string to easily make hanging decorations, gift toppers, ornaments, tags, and more. Cut the dies using thin metal or fabric such as faux leather to create pendants, charms, brooches, and earrings.
While the whale is quite stylized, the fish are more specific. The one with the protruding jaw could be a piranha or trevally. The pointy nosed fish with big fins is most likely a tang or angelfish. Lastly the smallest one is clearly a pufferfish/blowfish.
