This die cuts as a single piece for easy alignment onto a fireplace or as a banner on its own. Emboss the die after cutting to reveal the cute patterns and give a bit of dimension to your craft. Without embossing, the stockings will have a plain look. This could be handy if you want to draw your own designs for extra creative options.
Use a craft knife or scissors to separate a die cut into multiple pieces. Attach two smaller bits together to form a narrower banner with less stockings. Great for personalizing to the size of your family for example. Conversely, cut the die twice and separate then attach to form a longer line of stockings for seven or more.
An outside the box idea would be to trim some stocks off the line to use as loose embellishments, mini ornaments, table scatter and more. String several die cuts together to form your own garland. The negative image is another excellent possibility including shadowboxes and luminaries.
