Description
Lange Vinger – Expert Burr Puzzle
Lange Vinger is a burr puzzle designed by Alfons Eyckmans and produced by Pelikan Puzzles. A six-piece burr core sits within a separate interlocking framework.
Work through the constrained sliding movements to separate the construction, then restore its original form. Both the core and surrounding frame must be considered throughout the solve.
Specifications:
- Designer: Alfons Eyckmans
- Producer: Pelikan Puzzles
- Difficulty Level: Expert
- Puzzle Type: Burr Puzzle
- Material: Wenge and Limba
- Dimensions: 110 mm × 110 mm × 110 mm (approximately 4.33 in × 4.33 in × 4.33 in)
- Objective: Disassemble the framed burr and rebuild it.
Features:
- Framed Burr: An outer framework adds constraints around the six-piece core.
- Sequential Movement: Progress depends on finding a workable order of movements.
- Contrasting Construction: Dark Wenge and pale Limba distinguish the two wooden elements.
- Reassembly Challenge: Rebuilding the complete structure extends the task beyond taking it apart.
Why You'll Enjoy It:
Lange Vinger is suited to experienced burr solvers who enjoy tracking interacting parts and revisiting a difficult reconstruction. The framed format gives it a different character from an exposed six-piece burr.

United StatesAnother great Alfons burr
This is a great puzzle with fast free delivery (that I’ve gotten spoiled with shopping at Team JB Hobbies haha). Great store with amazing customer service. Gotta love a shop that listens to customer feedback about what to carry. Do yourself a favor and pick up a thing or two (or ten like me with questionable self control). You won’t be disappointed!
