Pleasant purchase experience. The item shipped quickly. As for the puzzle: A level 3 is rated as not too easy, and not too difficult. This was my very first 3-D puzzle. I didn't want to start with something too difficult. After solving it, I would have liked something more challenging as a starter. I played with it a bit and started to absentmindedly move it around in my hands when it first came apart. I was a little unsure of what happened as I wasn't watching what I was doing, but I was disappointed it was solvable in such a manner (maybe I shouldn't be). After putting it back together and trying a bit longer I got it apart. I do think it's a good puzzle and it is satisfying to manipulate the pieces. It feels well made and looks nice as a small decoration/trinket piece.
